Raymond founded and led the world’s largest (1200+ members) and longest existing (since 1993) group of policies and procedures specialists sponsored by the Society for Technical Communication. He developed and taught the world’s first Web-based, continuing education course on policies and procedures communication available internationally through UCLA Extension. Raymond’s audiences for his presentations, seminars, and authored publications on policies and procedures best practices are worldwide.
